Keep your 8 to 12 year old children in BOOSTER SEATS until they are big enough to fit in a seat belt properly.

Seat Belts

For a seat belt to fit properly the lap belt must lie snugly across the upper thighs, not the stomach. The shoulder belt should lie snugly across the shoulder and chest and not cross the neck or face.

Remember: your child should still ride in the back seat because it is safer there.

Important!!! Follow your car seat manufacturer's instructions and your vehicle owner's manual on how to install.
Important!!! GET HELP - Certified technicians are available to check your car seat installation for free. Click HERE to find your nearest inspection station.
