Labels do not explain the use of LATCH. No instructions are given on the labels for the use of the tether.

The manual does not differentiate between lap and lap-shoulder belt in the installation section. The user must read text to route the LATCH belt properly. The manual cannot be accessed when the car seat is installed in the vehicle. In the manual, the section which details vehicle seat belt types does not provide complete information.
Securing the Child 4 stars
Multiple actions are required to convert the seat to this mode of use; the caregiver must read the instructions. When disassembled for cleaning, mandatory parts of the car seat become detached and could be misplaced.
Installation Features 5 stars
The LATCH attachment and/or tether storage area is not clearly labeled. The car seat is equipped with push-button LATCH connectors.
