Are All Seats Safe?

Evaluation of Labels 3 stars
Labels do not explain the use of LATCH. Labels do not show how to remove the tether. The tether is not labeled in the illustrations showing modes of use.
Evaluation of Instructions 5 stars
The manual cannot be accessed when seat is installed in this mode.
Securing the Child 3 stars
The harness clip is not labeled with placement instructions. Multiple actions are required to convert the seat to this mode of use; the caregiver must read the instructions. When disassembled for cleaning, mandatory parts of the restraint become detached and could be misplaced.
Installation Features 5 stars
The child restraint is equipped with push-button LATCH connectors. The belt positioning feature is easy to use, but the caregiver may need to reference the manual to use it.
