Each harness slot is labeled indicating the correct slots for each mode, but the labels are difficult to read as they are molded into the shell. No additional sizing information is given. Labels do not explain the use of LATCH. Labels were already peeling when the restraint was removed from the box. |

The manual was not attached to the restraint and was found loose in the packaging. Additional sizing information is given in text only in the manual. The frontal airbag warning is contained in a bulleted list and is not separated from other warnings. In the manual, the section which details vehicle seat belt types does not provide complete information. The user must read text to route seatbelts correctly. The LATCH attachments arrive stored, and the owner's manual does not describe how to remove them from storage prior to first use. |
| Securing the Child |
The restraint was not set for the smallest possible occupant. The harness clip is not labeled to indicate its correct placement. The harness must be rethread for child's growth. Multiple actions are required to convert the seat to the rear-facing mode; these must be followed in the manual. |
| Installation Features |
It may be uncomfortable for larger hands to route the seat belt or LATCH belt through the belt path. Interference is possible between a seat component and the belt routing system. A printed/molded line is present on the restraint that must be leveled to the ground. There are not three levels of built-in recline available. The restraint is equipped with hook-style LATCH attachments which may require twisting to remove from the lower anchors in the vehicle. The LATCH storage area is not labeled. |
