Dear Mr. Pilz: This responds to your February 1, 1978, letter asking whether you certification label complies with the requirements of Part 567, *Certification*.Your certification would state the gross vehicle and axle weight ratings in both pounds and kilograms. In the past, the agency has permitted this approach for the purpose of international harmonization of measurements.
