Dear Mr. Calvert: Please excuse the delay in responding to your letter of January 14 1971. It was inadvertently misplaced. In your letter you requested that I comment whether your system fulfills the requirements of Part 574, the Tire Identification and Record Keeping Regulation.; I am sure you will appreciate the fact that the Administration canno approve each of the various systems developed.
