Dear Mr. Kelley: It is my understanding that you have been given copies of ou compliance test procedure for Standard No. 215, as you requested in your letter of October 2, 1972.; In answer to the remaining questions in your letter, the informatio which we obtain from manufacturers in the course of a compliance investigation is retained in our investigatory files until the investigation is terminated. Upon termination the information is released for public inspection.; Each interpretation of the standard will be placed in th interpretations file ('Redbook') in the docket room as soon as it is sent.
