Dear Mr. Schwartz: This is in response to your letter of April 27, 1975, concernin Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 125, *Warning devices*. We believe Your reference to Article 7, Title 16 is an erroneous citation.; 5.1.4 of Standard No. 125 requires that warning device be labeled among other things, with the name of the manufacturer.
