Dear Mr. Breslow: This responds to your recent letter asking for information concernin the Federal and State regulations that would be applicable to conversions of gasoline-powered vehicles to run on LP gas. I am enclosing a copy of a letter of interpretation the agency issued last August which discusses the Federal requirements and implications of such conversions.
