NHTSA will hold the next virtual public meeting of the Advisory Committee on Underride Protection on May 22, 2024, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.

The committee was established to provide advice and recommendations to the Secretary of Transportation on safety regulations to reduce underride crashes and fatalities relating to underride crashes.
