Join NHTSA for its 51st workshop on Human Subjects for Biomechanical Research. NHTSA’s Human Injury Research Division is hosting the workshop, which provides an informal forum for the exchange of ideas and the presentation of preliminary results of injury research focused on experiments involving human volunteers or surrogates. Agenda topics at the workshop will include female crash safety, the role of occupant variability, advanced dummies and advanced computational human body models.

The workshop will be held on Monday, October 30 in the Michigan Union at the University of Michigan, preceding the Stapp Car Crash Conference.
